Shipping & Install

We offer Delivery & Install on site for our saunas across Ontario. We bring pre-assembled and assemble it for you. Also sheds within 250km.

Please make sure that we have good access to the installation site and a good parking space for a pick-up truck and 20ft trailer.
We require that the customer has a pad as level as possible ready when the crew arrives, if not and we have to do alot of work to get it level we have the right to charge additional time & labour.

Please contact us directly for out of area installs as some restrictions may apply
(Islands or out of our normal service area etc.)


We strive to keep our shipping costs as low as possible and usually lose money on this service but strive to get you the products at the best cost around.

Inspect all items for damages.
If there are any damages, please note these on the delivery receipt (sometimes called a bill of lading) and not not accept the delivery if product looks damaged.

Call or email our customer service department immediately upon discovery of damage. ;
If there are any problems with your delivery, whether an item is damaged or you are missing items please call or email our customer service department immediately at 519 922-1479 or email us.
If you need your product(s) within a certain time frame please order early and make a note in the comments on when you would like your order. We will do our best to meet your expectations.
We completely understand how important delivery time can be to your schedule, not to mention just simply wanting to “stay in the loop”, so feel free to email us with your order number and check on your order as often as you like.

Being some of our products are Bulky and heavy it is hard to determine the exact shipping cost. We reserve the right to change shipping costs when order is received. For remote areas or islands please contact us for a quote. Once we receive your order we will send you a order confirmation with the shipping cost before we proccess your order.
